Good mile

My original plan today was to run just two miles - I was running on my dinner break from work - today so I decided to pick up the pace. The first miles went by at 8 minutes. I decided, however, to go ahead and run the full three miles since work wasn’t all demanding today. The fast pace on the first mile came back to bite me in the third, and the pace slowed. Still finished in less than 33 minutes, though.
